18th-Century Chinese Export Porcelain Pendant

18th-Century Chinese Export Porcelain Pendant

$125.00

A one-of-a-kind pendant created from three fragments of 18th-century blue-and-white porcelain, believed to be Chinese export ware, originally made for the flourishing overseas trade. Centuries later, these fragments were found ocean-tumbled along the Caribbean shore of a once-booming trade port in the Lesser Antilles—a small remnant of the ships, goods, and people that once passed through its harbor.

Set in brass and heavily plated in 18K gold. Finished with an 18" 14K gold-filled chain.

18th-century porcelain • Likely Chinese export ware • Caribbean-found • Ocean-tumbled • One of a kind
